I ordered redmi note 4 on 26 july 2017, i got a product which is not working properly. They are offering replacement but again the product they will give will have the same problem. The product they are selling is not eligible for refund only they can give is replacement. I want product refund not replacement. This is not acceptable as i am not interested to get product and again put return request

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that product is having heating issue. We interacted and apologize and requested to perform trouble shooting steps provided by the brand. If still issue remains then requested to contact our customer care and will assist further. customer agreed and closing the case.
