[Resolved] Flipkart — Redmi Note 4 Set Mobile Complaint | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam I want to submit that I purchased a Redmi Note 4 Mobile though your agency vide Bill No FOYQG[protected] dated 22/5/17 handset/WE73842 MI [protected] amounting to Rs 12999/- . Merely after use of one month it stop functioning. Then I put it into the heat of sun presuming it stop due to moisture. But when I go to pick up yesterday, I was surprised to see scratches on the screen. Although I put a screen card for protection but still it is inapprehensible for me as and how and mu screen got damaged despite of screen cover on it. Sir, Its very pain full for me as I have just spent Rs 13000/- to purchase a new mobile for such a reputed firm having good name n fame in the country. I am serving in Border Security Force and u know it is very difficult for a service person to manage such a costly mobile and more painful when it got damaged without any major reason. There are other companies(Samsung), I always prefer to use, product is so good that nothing happen to the handset/screen even when it fell down from hands. I would like to request you that to replace my mobile and send it into lab for testing its all features as per prescribed yard stick. I am sure it would definitely be fail in the test. Being a Force person, I dont have much time to move here and there. I will also be happy i[censored] ask company to replace the screen free of cost after carrying out the requisite tests. U are supplying huge quantity of mobile/day. Merely complaint of one or two set is being received. Perhaps I was one of them. I hope that my request will be considered under your august hands. Your kind cooperation will always remain in my mind and encourage us to buy more items through you. Hoping for an favourable and assured action please.
