[Resolved]  Flipkart — redmi note 5 pro defective product and accessories

I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart which was delivered to me on 28 july. I raised a complaint regarding the defective product on 4 august. On 8 august, a guy whom you refer to as "whismaster" came to me for the replacement, prior to this a technician visit was scheduled by flipkart agent which was automatically cancelled. The whismaster who came to me didn't replace my mobile stating that there is a dead pixel on the screen. Showing me a white screen. "which means the phone was defective on the first place". Soon after i called flipkart customer support they advised me to cancel this request, so i told them to cancel. Then they have asked me to again raise the complain for replacement after 48 hrs, that is today, in the very morning i called flipkart customer care in which they have told me that they had raised a complaint to the technical team and they will get back to me within 14 august that means again 4 days i have to wait, i want to ask flipkart this is support you are giving to the consumer, by selling faulty mobile and take to much time to replace it
Today is 14 they never get back to me even again raised my complaint for same, now they are telling they will get back to me on and before 18 august. I suggest all the buyers of flipkart don't buy any products from this company they have terrible customers support, they always believed in raising complaint but god know when they will resolve those.
