I have ordered for emporir armani watch costing 30, 000 and even i received my order but when i opened the box that brand box was already opened by somone and what i see that watch was not same what i ordered the watch was with same brand with different model number than i instantly called to our helpline number than i got to know about that my account has been de-activated. I don’t know the reason they said high number of return found on my account. The thing is that my several order was cancelled in past by end of flipkart due to limited stock.
I had given several complaints regarding my refund of produt it’s been a week still not received resolution and they used to says we will revert u evenever i used to call there. Hope now it will be resolved by this otherwise i have to take another step for this complaint because it’s not a small amount. Its a big amount of 30, 000
I request u to please reactive my account ad give a proper resolution for my complaint with refund. Hoping for favourable response. Waitnf for reply
