[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund amount of Lenovo Vibe K5 note

Dear Sir,
I have ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 Note which order Id are OD[protected] and amount 11301 Rupees from Flipkart on 04 August 2016 and got it on 06 August 2016. Due to battery issue I placed for return product. Flipkart Courier partner Ekart courier boy had come to pick up mobile when he was checking mobile from his hand mobile felled down on the ground suddenly by this screen of mobile had cracked(damaged) and he not got pick up on 13 August 2016. I immediate complaint to customer care, they told me that they were arranging again for pickup product. I got daily massage and mail for pickup mobile but there was no courier boy had come for pickup between 14th August 2016 to 23th August 2016.
In these day I have called several time to Flipkart customer care but they told me to wait 24 hours for pickup, in lost I have got more tired. On 23 August I talked again to Flipkart Senior customer care and he told me that the request of battery issue was wrong at this time, he was getting new request of screen damage of mobile and canceled the present request. On this request I have get call from Flipkart, he asked about screen damage of mobile and I had told the above fact. On 25th August 2016.
After this again I got massage and mail for pickup mobile on 27 August 2016. Ekart courier boy had come for pickup mobile on 27th August 2016 at 1:30 PM when he was getting mobile for pickup, I asked for receive of pickup mobile and he told me that there was no receive to give because it’s online. I told him that how I knew, you are Ekart courier Boy. I have talk flipkart customer care and told her that Ekart courier boy have come for pickup mobile, he is not giving me pickup receive and she had given courier boy mobile number to verify after verify I have given mobile for pickup to Ekart courier boy on 27th August 2016.
After pickup mobile I have looked on flipkart site for pickup status, on flipkart site its show that pickup request has canceled on 27 August 2016 at 11PM.Emediate I have called to flipkart customer care and told him that my pickup have done at 1:30PM so provide me refund money, he also told me that he was getting request for refund and it will refund my account within 8 working days.
Now I have called daily about status of pickup done and refund, he says daily that to wait 24 hour it will be refund and he is not giving me any massage and mail of pickup done and refund. I have tired with flipkart .
So I requested you to get action on flipkart and provide me my refund amount. The details of order are below.
