[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund amount pending

I had bought a bag from flipkart for ₹3999 on 7th feb'2016 through net banking. Upon delivery on 15th Feb, the bag looked different from the pic so I requested a return. The bag was picked up on 18th and I was told that the amount would be refunded within 8-10 days. 10 days later when I called up, I was told that the amount has already been refunded on 18th of Feb. THOUGH IT WASNT.
Now after issuing a complaint, sending my bank statement to Flipkart, visiting the bank and number of calls to Flipkart, I still HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY DUE AMOUNT OF ₹3999 !
