[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund not credited for 19 days

On 18 th sep 2019, i have ordered for 2 realme 5 pro phones (Price each for 16, 999) and cancelled the same on 18th sep itself. My order details are od[protected] and od[protected]. On the cancellation day i got the message that my money will be refunded by 26 th. But it was not credited. I called your customer care and they asked to send my bank statement n i have done the same. It's more than 19 days but still i don't have a correct response from flipkart. Every time there executives call me n tell "" sorry mam for the delay we are contacting with bank, please wait for some more time. How long should i wait for my money. I should get refund of a total of 33, 998. Please kindly provide me with some correct response apart for the dialogue what i get from flipkart customer service representative.
