I cancelled my order of Samsung galaxy F22 mobile of ₹11, 499 on 4th November and was told the refund will be credited on 5th November.
But I didn't received any money, So I called there customer care and spoke to them about my issue they told me to wait but also after that I didn't received any money, they gave me an payment reference number [PZT[protected]VHFSF04] But still that doesn't make any difference.
I've talked to my bank they told me that not there side of issue.
I've talked to Flipkart customer care many times now and they just tell me to wait all the time. Which I can't do when there is no progress to be seen.
I want Flipkart to return the money today itself. I've already submitted all the documents that the customer care asked me too. And now I don't want or wait any longer. Was this information helpful? |
