[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not getting, product given to courier but refund cancelled

I ordered nike shorts and i received a duplicate shorts from flipkart and i do return and they not giving me my money back. Flipkart selling duplicate products and take customers money and never give money back. I request you to please solve my issue and give me my money back as soon as possible. Courier partner ecom express pickup my order and my return request is cancelled. My order no. Is od[protected].
Please solve my issue.
