[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund not initiated even after 10 days

I have ordered a boxer in Flipkart on 24th Aug, and the product didn't even shipped even after 15 days. So I have cancelled the product on 9th Sep. As per the flipkart message "Your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund(if any) to be initiated".
But I haven't received the amount or any information regarding the refund till now ie., 19th Sep.
I have raised a several tickets for this. the support team keeping on postponing the resolution date. But there is no resolution.
