[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not made for an electronic item

OD[protected] I had ordered an item Eureka Forbes Trendy Nano Vacuum CleanerThrough the above mentioned order.The product is defective. I am unable to ask for a refund/buy another product.
The CSR asking me to replace the product with a new one.
I am not interested with this product anymore and havent used the product. It is brand new.
