[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund not received

I orderd a product on 4december 2019 of 18904 rupees and later on due to some issue i had to cancel the order later on they said me from there seller side refund has initiated and will reflect by 19 december 2019 but it didnt happen now they are saying me now they are saying me your bank is responsible for that and bank is saying there will be any transaction it will reflect in your account and if it is not reflecting in your account they transaction would have cancelled and money would have returned in the sellers account but flipkart is denying with it i have two tansaction of 1890& 335 rupees my registered mobile number with the flipkart is - [protected]

they asked me about my bank satement as a proof that transaction is not done i sent them my bank statement as of 23december but now they are saying this is not a proof that transaction is not completed

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. "
