I ordered two items from flipkart on Feb25th 2022.
Order Id - OD[protected] Amount 662/- Rs.
Order Id - OD[protected] Amount 638/- Rs.
For the above orders flipkart itself created replacement orders
because of logistics issues which they mentioned in the message update.
After that I waited for the delivery but i have to cancel since delivery is
taking long time. So i cancelled on 5th March. The status is showing as
cancellation requested. After that i was daily calling customer care they
were informing that it is cancellation requested and it was not actually
cancelled. Customer care team is saying they are unable to do anything on
this since this issue is with some other team and their access doesnt allow
them to do anything on this.
I tried many ways of writing mail to [protected]@flipkart.com, grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, messages to Flipkart
on need help system, called support centre so many times. I informed them i
can come to physical office if there is any problem but i am not receiving
any positive response from flipkart.
Request you to help me to get my refund amount for the same as i cancelled the products
