Order no: OD[protected] . I have made the order for Redmi 2 mobile phone from flipkart for which I had paid Rs 5999/- in advance. The product delivery date was supposed to deliver on 19th September.
After watching that the product was not dispatched till 13th September, I called them on customer care number ( [protected] ) regarding why the product is not dispatched . And they have assured me that I will get the product on 19th September at my doorstep.
15th September : Again on 15th I found that the product was not dispatched so I cancelled the product from my online filpkart account, which during cancellation showed that “we are processing your cancellation request”.
16th September : Next morning on 16th I again called customer care and cancelled the product telephonically. But till afternoon the cancellation status was not shown on the web page .
16th September : So I called the customer care again they said that you product was not cancelled and they cancelled the product again, online status changed this time but next morning again the status was changed (cancellation status was gone),
17th September : Again I called customer care they again cancelled the product.
22th September : Then on 22nd September means today when I called customer care they are again telling that the cancellation request has been raised today, so they again cancelled the product.
Mean while I have written several mails to them, stating about the consumer court but they are not at all bothered. It seems they are not in mood of returning the money
