I bought a mi tv 55 inches from flipkart, while installation i had to buy a tv wall mount stand worth rs 499/- from there official installation provider jeeves. But the tvwas having some issues with the screen so i requested from replacement, unfortunately replaced product was also having the same issue so now the are providing the refund to me for the tv but not for the wall mount stand which is now totally useless for me, when i called their customer care they said they can not do anything about it.
This is totally loot from them as what will a person do with the stand without the tv? It was their fault as the tv was damaged and even the replaced one was having the same issue then why should consumer suffer any loss? Was this information helpful? |
