I have place an order at flipkart for yu yureka 2 handset. I received product at 27 june 2018, after received the phone i am facing issue with the google play store, it's not working.
I have exchange it once after all efforts and technician visit. Yesterday i received another set (Yu yureka 2) in the replace but still i am facing the same issue in set.
Now i have placed an refund request through flipkart app. From today morning after refund request i got a call and they ask me to do thing again and cut my phone without resolve my issue after that i called flipkart 6 times and they ask me to elaborate again and again and after listening all my issue they ask me to hold line and cut my call after 10 minutes everytime. I am not getting any positive solutions or any positive response or assistance from your executive as well as from senior executives.
When i replace it first time your senior co customer executive named 'dinesh jhangi' asked me to replace it once and give assurance to me that if i will get same problem again then flipkart will refund for the product but now your executives and senior executives named pooja and aakash eaten my brain like anything. I have purchased after seeing assured seller from flipkart, if you assured the seller so there must be some responsibility of yours for the product and there must be some agreement and policy for that so why are you bother us too much for the refund of product which is not fine/good. I am a civilian of india i also work and work in delhi government, i am not free enough and don't have that much time to waste on call again and again.
Did you guys think we are fool we are giving our precious time to you we trust you but this time it was worst experience. You are trustworthy brand of india people of india trust you like anything and now you are doing like this this is very sad.
I am too much disappointed this time.
There is option in flipkart app for refund and i believe if there is an option so there must be provision for that if customer is facing severe problems with the product so why are you people not initiating refund and approving my refund request.
I am ordering from flipkart from past so. Many years but this time i become irritate by your service and policies.
I am hoping that you will cater my complain and solve it as soon as possible and refund my money back as there is a problem with set and with seller not mine.
Please resolve it as soon as possible, if you are not able to resolve and didn't take action then i will go for consumer court for justice.
