I have purchased a TV from using Flipkart Pay Later on 27 of May. In the Next day the Flipkart Given a option to pay the First EMI of May.
I paid the first Emi and the status is updated to payment proccesed.
On 1st June, I'm getting the call, message and the payment due of May.
I tried to payment the amount more time but there was some issue in the App "Something went wrong". I connected may excecutive several time within a month but the issue not resolved. They calculated the overdues of 410 rupees after 5th of June. But I have already paid the first EMI.
On 1st of July. They calculated the full amount of 1 EMI + Dues + Next Month EMI. I again connected to resolved the payment issue and they I was able to do partial payment and completed the half of the payment.
Then again the app started calculating the overdues. But that time i was again getting the "Something Went Wrong" error.
Now. On 15 of July, I was again able to pay the Amount. So, paid all the amount that app was asking for.
Even after that the payment is not updated in the App and they havent resolved any issue. Again app is asking to pay one more EMI. Was this information helpful? |
