Flipkart — Regarding unblock my id

Flipkart block my id
They sent a email that i have raise high no. Of return request

I ordered product in big saving sale and they sent all different and bad product with bad packaging also
Sir due to COVID i don't go outside for shopping
Also i was COVID positive
That's why i m unable to do shopping from outside

I raise a complain about bad packeging but they feel sorry and promise not do again
Then i orderd product again and after delivering they block my id and i m not able to open it
Sir my money are there in account
Please fix my problem today onwards please sir its urgent please tell them to unblock my id
