Flipkart — Rejecting return of my mobile and my refund even though mobile is defective

I ordered realme narzo 30 from flipkart. After receiving it when I checked the video feature was not working properly.even while taking normal videos there was dots flickering. Also the video doesn't work at night. When I applied for return it got rejected by flipkart 2 times. I want the order to be returned to flipkart and my refund me.
