This is the order id: OD[protected] and the product is V-guard crystal plus voltage stabilizer. I have ordered this item in Flipkart on 1st April 2016 and bought it from the seller named ' Alpha Shopee' . It is delivered on 8th April 2016. The derlivered product is damaged very much. The plastic enclosure of the stabilizer is broken entirely. Hence I requested for a replacement of this product. The request was initiated on April 9th 2016 and the Replacement(return) ID is[protected]. It was mentioned that the delivery of the replacement product will be done within 19th April '16. So I waited till 19th April, and today while tracking the Replacement product I come to know I got cancelled without mentioning any reason. I adhered to the return policy, I requested the return/replacement the next day I received the damaged piece. Then
Why the return has been cancelled?
Why flipkart is not taking responisibility to replace the defect item?
