[Resolved]  Flipkart — return is not processed

I raised a return request on 4th of october and the same should be done by 9th of october and it has not done yet. Without my authorization they are cancelling my return request. If i call them on the same they are talking irresponsibly and asking me to wait... Till 22nd october. They are simply making customers to wait untill long time and the deliveries are are also delayed for long time.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Metronaut Sneakers For Men. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup from your address by 21 Oct 19. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 1 business day as per standard banking procedures.
