Flipkart — return of my order without notifying me

i ordered an Canon PIXMA MG2470 All-in-One Inkjet Printer in sale. my given address was as told to me was incorrect, so without calling or confirming they returned my order and the suggetion was when i called them was that give fresh order. why??????? why i have to buy same thing with more money...why they cant call me once, thats for i gave them my phone number...plz this noot once this happens twice with me.
