Flipkart — Return Pickup Cancelled On Its Own 4 times, No support, Bad Quality Service

I have ordered a safari suitcase, when I received the order, I checked it, it was not up to the mark quality, its handle was not functioning as expected, I immediately initiated a return request. I was told that pick up will happen the very next day but no one came for pick up and I received a message saying this

But I have not decided to keep this product, I just want to return it, they automatically cancelled my return request without considering my return request and my experience with the product.

I initiated a return request again but same thing happened, this have happened 5times with me. I just want my money back
