[Resolved]  Flipkart — return policy actually means "replacement" according to flipkart

I bought infinix mobile phone through flipkart. This brand is not popular so i wanted to make sure there is return policy. There was "within 10 days return possible". Fone just worked for a day. Now it's not coming up. I tried charging with all possible chargers but it dint start. I wanted to return. After i select return option the app takes me to another window where submit is disabled. To enable submit button i had to select "replacement option"there was no other option). "return" doesn't mean "replace". I dint want replacement i wanted return and refund so that i can order fone from other popular brand. But as a consumer i am forced to select replacement. The customer care says i will get replacement from same brand (Infinix). Its cheating. How can i rely on same brand which gave me defective product already. My money and time both are wasted.
