I have bought Moto e 2nd gen thought Flipkart on 8th Sept 2015. From the first day itself I am facing with an issue. My phone is taking 6 hours for charging. After seeing two days I have contacted Flipkart, they told some troubleshooting steps which I followed but the problem still persists. So again I lodged return request. They asked me to download smartchk app and tested the battery charging option. As my phone battery is charging, it showed the battery is good. They insisted my problem hasn't solved. They told that it was normal for a phone to charge for 6 hrs. But first time technical expert saod the max time is4 hrs, even i contacted motorola through chat who said the time is 4 hrs. When I told this to him he told me to go to Motorola service centre to resolve the issue and cancelled the return request. I have even sent the images of the phone showing the time taken for charging.
I am not living in the present delivery address and couldn't go to the service centre. I have 30 day replacement guarantee but they not heeding to my problem.
