[Resolved] Flipkart — Return request of product not accept

I bought skullcandy S5URJW-557 Uroar wired bluetooth headphones last 28th may 2016 . And after I received product I am not impressed from the product and after 1 hour I reqest to return the product but flipkart called me and saying we will not return your product. So why they give advertising to return your product very easily if you are not like it. If flipkart not take return your product so why they advertise to YouTube and television and etc. I think flipkart you have very bad marketing and you are not satisfied me with yourself.
Please give me solution Indian consumer complaints forum

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that he didn't like that product so he wants to return the product. So informed to customer that we would not be able to take back the product as per the policy.
