Sir i got my samsung galaxy nxt phone delivered on 26/10/16.
after 3-4 days it was giving some little problem in touch pad
i ignored it then
from yesterday the phone has started hanging a lot

i want my phone to be replaced as soon as possible
and if the problem persist in the new phone also kindly suggest what to do

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach. As on checking the records we found that the shipment has been delivered to the customer.
