Flipkart — Samsung galaxy s23 cream 256 gb

The item was promised to be delivered on 25th Feb. It reached the nearest hub on 22nd Feb. However it has not been delivered yet.
On 25th nobody from the delivery team contacted me. I myself called the delivery person using the phone number provided in the sms - where he gave me false information regarding the delivery time(9-9.30 PM), which is surprising because the exchanges do not generally happen after 7 PM.
Now I've been following up with flipkart team and there has been no information from their end. Even today(1 March) they are telling me that they will come up with an update in 48 hrs. This is just a waste of time and unnecessary mental harassment from their end.
I had taken the product on a no cost emi, which has started now. If they cancel the item now, who is going to bear all the charges that the bank will levy me? Who is going to compensate for the mental harassment that I have faced since the last couple of days?

no update till date. The call centre guys cannot connect me to the backend team, backend team doesn't reach out to me. The expected resolution date was 2nd March and now it has been pushed to 3rd March. However, no update or information regarding the delivery of the product. Just pathetic service all round by flipkart.
