[Resolved]  Flipkart — Sony Bravia 55 inches replacement

I have purchase sony tv 55inches from flipkart and received the same on 31st of July. On 2nd the installation ppl have come and while fixing the same the person told that there is a size issue with almirah which is not getting fixed. They have a movable stand worth 4500/- u can purchase form them so that they will fix it. I have already invested 61k for TV and investing another 5k is not worth as im also a normal employee. Spoke to multiple flipkart executives and none of them is ready to solve my issue. Im not asking to cancel or return just want to replace with 43inches or at least 50inches. The alternative they suggesting is to have a place arranged to fix the tv(buy separate furniture or build a pace for fixing it). As a normal layman we are not civil engineers who will have idea of estimating the size and ordering the exact requirement. There should be some way where customers requirement should be fullfilled. I have raised a request for replacement and the flipkart team is saying il be getting the same dimension piece again...What il do with the same piece again when it is not fixing. Just as a showcase piece i dont want to place at my home. We need to enjoy the thing that we purchase not for keeping such worthy product idle without use. The executives are not even ready to transfer the call to senior managers so that il convey what exactly the issue. Stating that they do not have seniors numbers or mail id. You need to give a call back request so that you l be getting the call connected to customer service...then they will transfer to CSE. I have tried that as well but seniors are not even bother to attend the call.
