Flipkart's Field Executive, Surya Narayana S, took my laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from my house on September 14, to make a refund within 7 to 8 working days. But they have not refunded or left any message until now.
My order: OD[protected]. Flipkart has stolen my (a students's) money of Rupees 46, 000 and makes spam calls and sends spam texts asking credit card number. They have no concern for the customers.
They don't kn ow how to retain their customers. They have cheated me for the past four months and have not bothered to care for the student's money. They don't care for the loss.
Does the customer complaints bureau have no resolution for my problem? A student is under great loss of money and time.
Below I've attached the acknowledgement letter from Flipkart when Mr Narayana took my laptop to make a refund.
