The phone is under warranty is giving troubles in charging since long. Now it has stopped charging permanently. The fault in charger / battery / charging pin is not traceable as same could not be diagnosed during check by changing charger and also by using the original charger with other phones. I wish to return the product or necessary action can be taken to rectify the fault. Kindly process early.

I have lodged an online complaint with SWIPE telecom also but there is no response from them. None of their contact numbers available on various portals are getting connected. As advised by your customer support rep, I visited one of the service centers in Mathura of which details were available online but to my surprise, this service center is not undertaking the repair / service of SWIPE mobile phones. This was a fake address given by SWIPE telecom. I am unnecessarily getting troubled. Please resolve my issue. Please tie up with SWIPE telecom for future course of action. Otherwise I will take the matter to consumer court. Please respond soon.
