Today when the delivery guy was checking the exchange product, he removed the screen guard which left a mark in the screen to which he denied to take the product.
This is the second time i am facing this problem.
First time, the delivery guy saw the exchange product and marked it as damaged because the cover of the phone had a mark (Not a scratch). And the mark was there due to the constant opening of back cover. The delivery guy wanted a new product in exchange
Second time, the same delivery guy arrived for the delivery of another phone and he also denied that. This was because while he was checking the exchange product he opened the screen guard on his own which led to make a scratch on the screen and then he said that the item does not match the required conditions to be exchanged
It is high time now. I want an immediate response to this and some strict action should be taken Was this information helpful? |
