[Resolved]  Flipkart — total scam & ripoff by flipkart, dont buy from flipkart

This company is nothing but a scam and cheat company, here to loot indian consumers. So i got these 2 items od[protected] and od[protected] same type of stuff, and after first wash, all threads are coming out and the chain broke off. Seriously for such poor quality stuffs you guys are charging 450+ per item, like this is robbery. These 2 items r of no use now, and my 1000rs lost. Have you heard the term of 'quality check'? If you guys dont do that, then we can pay 1/3rd of the price and get similar stuffs from foot path stalls, no difference really.

I have posted on facebook multiple times asking for compensation/refund. They say since i have used the product they cant give any refund, as per their seller policy. Now, let me ask, if your company is so honest and keen on following policies, why is it nowhere mentioned on your website, that this particular items are substandard items, and after 1st wash, the chains will come off and threads will be out too, so one has to buy at one's own risk? Why is it not mentioned? Is it because you are cheating customers, and all you want is to fool customers and take their money and flee because once they use it anyway they will be fooled and money would be wasted and you wont give a dime of refund stating your ridiculously unfair policies?

If you are a fair company, consumer-centric, you will compensate my loss. As if this would have been bought outside, in the local market, not only the price would be 3x lesser but also if after first wash the products would be totally defective then the shopkeeper would have no way but to refund the money. Just because this is a virtual world, you get away with anything!

Both the products are still in the return window period of 10 days, but i cant return as i have used it. But how would i know whether its defective or not, had i not used it? Its not a showpiece, its an apparel. And seller must take full responsibility of the products they sell. Definitely, i did not expect to get something for 483 and 430 and just use it for once? Nor was it even written on your site that it is just use and throw product, right? This is completely a manufacturing defect as you can see, i did not stitch the chain, nor did i sew in the threads, so if those are coming out, its the seller and manufacturer fault, and on that ground i must totally get a full refund.

If you are not providing refund that means, today if i buy a saree and wear it, and the stones or thread come out after wearing, you will not also give any money back for that, stating i have damaged the product? Really? Like how unfair and illogical your policy is!

Why are you scamming me flipkart? Everyone should boycott this cheat company!

We have interacted with the cx and infomired the seller had refunded the amount but since the vouchers were expired seller refunded it back again on 2nd of March and the amount are reflecting in cx Flipkart Wallet. Cx agreed. Closing the case.

I cancelled my order on feb18th the delivery boy also pick up the product he says on 19th your money will return back but doesn't not like this my money is not send to my account.
