[Resolved] Flipkart — unable to change my mobile number in flipkart | |
I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number [protected] few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. So i can't able to update my mobile number. Aug 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved 2 years before i loat my mobile. So when i try to update my new number in flipkart with existing number. Its sending otp to old number. So i can't able to change my number, old number got lost.
