Flipkart — Unable to update registered contact number.

I have been trying to update my registered contact number since a long time. Every time I contact Flipkart's customer service, I am given a complaint number and a promise of a resolution but my issue has not been resolved yet and no one from Flipkart gets back to me, hence I have to register a complaint on other platforms. I have lost my old contact number and no longer have access to it to enter the OTP. Flipkart's customer service is unreliable and maybe one of the reasons they are losing customers to Amazon.
