Hi,
i placed an order with order id:- FMPP[protected]
1.On 31-OCT-16, order was out for delivery and i was waiting for my order, after 4 hours i received an sms that ORDER REJECTED:- customer refuse to take order.
NO CALL, NO one visit to my home, how it can be possible to refuse.
I raised a complaint with complaint no:- in[protected] on customer care.
they said wait for 24 hours.
2.On 1-NOV-16, after 24 hours i called up and they said request has been fired for reattempted wait for 24 hours.
3.On 2-NOV-16 at 2 A.M, i received an SMS that your order has been canceled,
I am foolish over here, i was waiting for my order very desperately since 3 days
I again raised a complaint complaint no:-in[protected] and he said we will give you proper crosscheck who is culprit n again wait for 24 hours, now when i called up after 24 hours
a flipkart executive (SONAM) said u have to place order again nothing can be possible now and no offers will given to you because offer date have gone away.
Means if you can't give offers to customers then why you release offers.
Who is responsible for this?
i am very disturbed because of you. You have betrayed me.
now, i want full explanation and conclusion
