My order number is OD[protected] and I didn’t expect that kind of performance from Flipkart.
My order was supposed to be delivered during office hours by the 16th of October 2021. However, the courier tried to deliver on 15th of October . It was Dusshera and the Office was closed on that day. They gave me a number that didn’t work and eventually, the order got cancelled from Ekart’s side. I talked with your customer service 4 times. They assured me that it was the first delivery attempt and the next two attempts will be done on Monday(18th) and Tuesday(19th) respectively. Today I got a message from Flipkart that the order got cancelled. I have a practical exam coming shortly. I called customer care and they are telling me to purchase it again as the refund is initiated. The price has increased significantly.
Now, what should I do!
