Flipkart — Unprofessional and Obnoxiously Rude Delivery Agent

I ordered Samsung F23 5g mobile phone on 5th Oct 2022 which was to be delivered on 18th October. I received otp msg on 18th morning informing me my order was out for delivery. Well, after waiting till 4 pm i called the delivery agent asking for my order. He kept on saying 10min more.. he came 7.30Pm... more than 3hrs later. As soon as he came he asked for phone i was exchanging. He did not evn check it properly and asked for charger and box. I asked him wait for 5min as i had forgotten to take out the box..he did not wait and very rudely said he didn't have time and i should call him back. I repeatedly asked him to wait as it was mentioned that phone exchage would take 25-30minutes. But he very obnoxiously told me to call him when everything was ready and left. I called just after 10mins but he switched off his phone. Then my delivery date was postponed to 22ndOct.. again waited whole day.. the delivery agent was in my locality delivering other orders but my order was not delivered though i got the OTP msg that same morning. Same thing happened on 23rd Oct.. and i still haven't received my phone. I am just angry and frustrated and very much disappointed. That delivery agent is nightmare for customers as he was not only extremely unprofessional and obnoxious but was so rude to my elderly father who was there with me. Flipkart should take some strict measures againt such issues because not only is this first time happening nor am i the only customer its happening to. Flipkart should learn from other online delivery services. It never happens with Amazon or Myntra.
