I'm unable to track this order...i have already paid 20000rs for this order...tell me the status of this order or if this is also cancelled then tell me about my refund method...i paid this order by flipkart wallet...where you refund if its already cancelled ?...i want my 20000rs back if you cancelled this order...revert me as soon as possible

My name is ashish sharma. I'm very old customer of flipkart. Last 3 days i'm facing so many issue with flipkart.
They suspended my account for useless reason. I got a mail from the flipkart and they said they found a trend of my ordered history that i'm not purchasing product for my personal use. I just want you to clear that i'm not a reseller or shopkeeper. All the products which i have ordered. Those all for my personal use. You can come to my home and check it. All the products in my home and i'm using it for my personal use.
I have one another problem. I ordered realme x 128gb mobile. Which cost me 20000rs i have already paid the amount via flipkart wallet. Now they cancelled my ordered. Now i'm in big trouble. When i called to flipkart customer care they said we can't acces your order information because your account is suspended. The customer executive said if you want any information about your account and your order then revert back on that mail.
I have already revert back on that mail 4 times. They said again n again that your account has been suspended because of a trend show in your order history that you are not ordering products for personal use. I explained them so many times that i'm using all the products but they send me this messages again and again.
Now what should i do sir?. I'm fed up with this problem. Now i'm mentally harassed.
Please kindly reactivate my account and please tell me my order status. If its cancelled then how can i get my money back.

Updated by ashish.sharma091990 I'm unable to login in my account because you blocked my account...then how can i login and use that amount...what are you doing guys ? Is that your solution ?...my 20000rs still blocked..how can i use that amount if I'm unable to login in my account...first you have to reactivate my account after that I'm able to use that amount..i need solution as soon as possible...its 6 days now stipl you can't helping me

Updated by ashish.sharma091990 You promised me to transfer my amount to flipkart gift wallet section by 15/08/2019...but don't you have any sense that how can i use that amount if i can't even login in my account because you blocked my account...
Now what is the benefit of refund...first reactivate my account after that i can use that amount for shopping...because there is no other use of flipkart wallet amount...now tell me when you activate my account ?
