It has now been more than two weeks since I placed the order, and the product has not been delivered. The order in question has been inexplicably stuck at the "motherhub" and does not seem to be making any progress towards delivery. This has left me without a functional phone, and to make matters worse, my card EMI is scheduled to begin soon. Flipkart has offered the option to cancel the order and reorder, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this solution. Reordering the product at the same discounted price is not possible, which puts me at a significant disadvantage.
I have reached out to your customer service through emails, phone calls, and even social media tweets, but I have received no resolution or assistance whatsoever. The only action I have seen from Flipkart is the constant changing of the delivery date on your app, with no real progress or updates on the status of my order.
The inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me are immeasurable, and I have been left without a functioning phone for an extended period, which is affecting both my personal and professional life.
