[Resolved] Flipkart — Used iphone was delivered to me

I ordered iphone SE on[protected], and it was delivered to me on[protected], when i cheked on the apple website the phone was used and it had only 10 months warranty left, and when i unboxed the phone, it was showing 4 hours on call time. I have contacted Flipkart manytime but they refuse to return saying go to service centre for any problem, i told them why should i take a used phone in the same price, but they kept my call on hold for more than 10 minutes and no response, now only help is consumer court, please help me to return this product. Dear Aman78,

IF you are having solid proof for the same as above means just file a complaint in court and take a legal action against flipkart and claim compensation for loss of money as well time. Because they are intermediator between manufacturer / seller and buyer
