Flipkart — Vedic book not delivered

On 13th of December 2022, we ordered Vedic Books (a set of 9 volumes) on Flipkart App.

On 19th of December 2022, Flikart delivered us some other small book which was completely a different product from the ordered item.

Since then 100s of phone calls we are having with Flipkart people. They are only talking and committing Return of wrong product and Initiating a Refund to us.

Ordered value product cost was 3700 INR. Product delivered cost is 450 INR.

Dear Flipkart - Are you playing with us ?! Are you playing with a Prime Customer?! Since last 9 days now.

Are you showcasing fake publications ?!
Promoting Western books & blocking Vedic Books ?!
Are you Anti Hindu ?!

When I have paid full money for 9 Vedic Books, why have you sent me a Western book of 1 copy ?!

Why not take back the wrong book or refund money even after non-stop complaints?!

Any hidden antinational agenda ?!

Immediately can you take action?! It's enough NOW !!!
