Dear Sir Madam,
I have ordered Apple iPhone 6s from FlipKart on[protected]. It was mentioned that I will get it by[protected]. Till[protected] PM I have not received order and in the Site also it was showing on[protected] it has been dispatched from Bangalore Transport center to Mumbai Bhiwandi sorting center but no update after that. So I then called the FlipKart customer executive she also said the status is not updated from 2 days and said she will check with the backend team and why it is delayed and escalate the mater and update me in 25 hrs.
To My surprise after my call within 1 hr the status in the FilpKart updated that it will now delivered on 19 Sept 2016. I waited till 11 AM on[protected] so that I can get any reply why suddenly after my call delivery date was extended for 3 days
Then since got no email or call I Called FlipKart again around 11 AM on 17 Sept. The excutive told me that order is already dispatched from Bhiwandi and reached our Kandivali Hub and you will receive your order today by 7 PM.
I waited till 6.30 PM I didn't got any cal or email nither parcel. I then call FlipKart again the executive listened all my case and said let me check and gather the status from backend team I keep you call on hold for 2 minutes after 2 minutes I again ask he said please wait 1 minute more I waited and suddenly he disconnected the call.
I Immediately called again but to my Shock he keep on telling apology note talking here and there but no information about my order. And just said the status that it has reached Bhivandi and we are working on it. I said in the morning your executive told me it despatched from Bhivandi and reached Kandivali and will delivered to me by 7 PM and now you are saying that it is still in Bhivandi also he tell I can not check with anyone from my side I can only say what I see in the website. So frustrated I told him forward this call to your senior after multiple time asking then he forwarded my call to his senior
The experience with the senior was equal horrible I ask him why you Morning executive lied to me that it reached Kandivali when the order was in Bhivandi only and why so much delay. After continuous asking also he did not replied me for this question. He said I will update you after sometime. So frustrated I said I want status update and answer to my question by 2 hrs.
I waited for 3 and1/2 hours but no reply on mail or call I call Flipkart again I asked and the call was routed to senior he was just saying your order will be delivered on 19 mo aswer for why so much delay andwhy false information given to me after long talk he was just tell the status whati see in website by myself I asked him to route the call to your Manager. After multiple time asking and holding me for 5 minute after that he transferred the call to his manager
The manager listened to all I suffered to and just apologise and said I can not do anything from my side and we can give only information we see on website. But I am writing the mail to concern authority.
This is very bad first not informing the customer proactively from your own side the reason for the huge delay then if customer calls either you give wrong information or just keep saying recorded type of information but no status or reply to any question from the customer. and third after multiple complain by the customer taking no action in the backend to resolve the customer problem. This is like a fooling to customer and playing with his emotion and doing nothing
If I believe the status of flipkart website then also my order was in Bhivandi[protected] at 10.50 PM around and today after 24 hours it is still at Bhivandi that too after multiple complain from the customer
I requested Flipkart manager also through your means I request Flipkart deliver my order by tomorrow[protected] or refund my money back with the bank penalty amount since I have purchased it on EMI through FlipKart site.
