Hi my name is rahul patel 3/5/19 i received my order vivo v 15 pro and i pay amount rs 28990 credit card and when i open the box box was empty and on the spot i call flipkart customer care and after 2 day flipkart was suspend my account and flipkar was not give my money or not right ans please help me i have all proof against flipkart pleas help me

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
