I have ordered one mobile of brand and model as “vivo y69” on 10th may, 2018 at flipkart. The product has been delivered and received at given address on 13 th may 2018. At the time of delivery of the product, mobile phone packed was not properly packed and does not sealed with vivo company stamp tape rather it was packed and sealed with normal white tape. I immediately complained to customer care in respect of this and after 3 or 4 days they told that your request has been canceled by seller. Again i complained to customer that without any discussion who can close the issue, they again raised the complaint on my behalf and they agree for recall the product, when courier boy come to pick the product, they opened that packed in front of me even after i told him that i am returning the same as it was not packed with company seal, you cannot open it as i myself has not opened the same once delivered to me. He informed that it is his duty and he have to open hat box, when they opened box in front of me, only mobile phone was there in box and no charger and ear phone was there. Mobile phone was tampered and looks to be second hand set. Courier boy has denied to pick that phone and they cancel my request. I again called customer care and told you can confirm the issued with courier boy. I am requesting to flipkart to recall the product but they are not giveing proper resoulation. I am cheated with faulty product against a cost of new product. Request to help me in this matter.
