Flipkart — Washing Machine breakdown since 20 days

I bought Sansui washing machine last year in Jan'2020, I lodged complaint then one technician Jiyaram from Jeevas(service provider from Flipkart) checked machine and told me that failed parts will be reaching in 7 days, after 10 days I called again in flipkart, but they told that no complaint is open for my product, then after 16 days suddenly Jiyaram technician called me that parts have reached, he dropped parts at my home & left by promising to visit again, but now I called Jiyaram technician he is not responding.My washing Machine is idle since 20days & very poor service from Flipkart & Jeevas both.Pls help me to get my washing machine asap.
