[Resolved] Flipkart — without any notification blocked my access, not initiating returned for that product and forcing me to pay for that product with extra due amount.

On ‘23RD MAY 2018’ from flipkart one item was arrived which was i purchased through Flipkart pay later and I want to return that item because of size issue but i am unable to return that item because Without any notification flipkart team suddenly blocked my account access and cancelled my all 4 products which was already our for delivery on ‘24th May, 2018’.

Regarding this issue so manytimes i send mail and also make calls to customer care executive for my account access but they didn't respond me and not solve this issue and now their flipkart paylater team continuously send me messages and calls with extra late due amount. when i complained to their paylater team about my access problem. They give me access after return policy was over for that item. I am unable to return that product now and when i am requesting them about this issue they denied to solve this issue and forcing me to pay that item with extra late due charges.

i have no fault.If i had access i can be able to returned that product and there is no payment on me.

Updated by smruti.ray September 17, 2018 my complaint was resolved by Flipkart. After that they didn't disturbed me by their messages and calls.. but suddenly now after 15 months Flipkart again send me messages and calls in my number. It's really irritating.. please take some strict action on them..
