Sir / madam, The above mentioned are my order numbers. I paid the full amout through net banking. I ordered 2 pairs of size 38 boots and 1 pair of 40 size. To my surpirse i received only a single pair of boot size of 38. How this blunder happened? The delivery was delayed for more than 2 days as promised of 3 working days. Kindly, solve this issue asap. Verified Support Jul 02, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer confirmed that the product has been delivered, feedback for the delay have been taken, customer checked that he received a message stating that he received some gift card, informed the Token of Apology which was given for shipping charges, and informed the validity and how to use. Customer agreed and closing the case.
