[Resolved]  Flipkart — Woodlands sandal replacement

I bought woodland sandals from Flipkart on 08/08/2014 which i received on 11/08/2014. The buckle of the sandal broke after few days use, to be precise, on 20/08/2014. I send a complaint regarding this through e-mail on 22/08/2014. I mentioned them that my mother has thrown away the footwear packing, so i could not return it in the original packing. They send back an email stating that they cannot replace the product without the original packing. This is not about asking them to change the product after few days use, i asked them to replace the defective product which they have send me.Please advice me for what has to be done on this issue.
