I have ordered a phone with exchange program on Flipkart on 30th October, 2021. The order id is: OD[protected].
The delivery executive came to deliver
and pick up the old phone at my address. He confirmed all the checks which are required for exchange and asked me to format the phone. I started the process but the format was taking time. After few minutes, he started saying that he needs to deliver other Zomato orders so he can't wait. He cancelled the order while my phone was booting after a factory reset. He left saying to reorder.
I have reached out to customer care couple of times. I was assured that my order will be attempted for redelivery.
Then yesterday I got a call that if i cancel the order I will get 1000 rs coupon or I can wait for few more days for re-delivery. I insisted on redelivery but eventually at night it got cancelled.
I have wasted so much time in explaining things to customer support but all in vain.
I have gained nothing but a bad experience with this order.
I will think twice ordering it again on Flipkart as there is no customer support which actually solves the problem. The delivery executives attitude is not good and are very impatient. Was this information helpful? |
